Tellurium dioxide, chemical formula TeO2, is a white solid that turns yellow with heat. It has two crystal forms, the colorless tetrahedral crystalline parathellurite is tetragonal α-TeO2, and the yellow monoclinic ore tellurite is β-TeO2.  Studies on the properties of tellurium dioxide are mostly based on α-TeO2.

It is used as a material and preservative for electronic components, and is also used for bacterial inspection in vaccines.
